Stroud Resources Ltd. (SDR) is a Canadian public company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. The Company is debt free and has yearly cash flow of approximately $200,000 from its 3.75% interest in six natural gas and gas condensate wells. Stroud has two gold properties in Ontario Canada, and two silver projects in Mexico. Stroud’s Hislop gold project located in Timmins Ontario is 100% owned with indicated resources of 102,750 oz. Au and inferred resources of 69,700 oz. au. The Santo Domingo Silver project based in Mexico is also 100% owned by Stroud. Previous workings, sampling and drilling done on the property give preliminary indications that Santo Domingo is a large silver target with geology, structure, and size similar to two major producers Fresnillo (400 million ounces silver) and Zacatecas (a 800 million ounce silver producer) . Stroud’s Leckie gold project is, 100% owned, located in Temagami Ontario and is an attractive target for joint venturing. Stroud has the option to earn 100% interest in its Santa Cruz silver / gold Mexican property, previous production on this property was 70,000 ounces of silver a month.
