George Coburn – Director, President and CEO: Mr. Coburn P. Geo. co-founded Stroud with his wife Rosemary in 1983. He has 40 years experience as a geologist in Australia, Canada, United States, Philippines and Mexico. Mr. Coburn was part of the on-site team that discovered the Jabiluka Deposit, the world's largest high grade uranium deposit. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada and a member of Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.

Lonnie Kirsh – Director: Mr. Kirsh is a corporate finance and securities lawyer with Toronto law firm Kutkevicius Kirsh, LLP. He has previously worked in the listings division of the Toronto Stock Exchange and the Corporate Finance Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission. He has more than twenty years experience in working with companies in the natural resources sector. Mr. Kirsh sits on the board of a number of listed public companies.

Mirsad Jakubovic – CFO: Mr Jakubovic is a Chartered Accountant, and holds an Executive MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a B. Comm. from the University of Toronto. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Medifocus Inc., another TSX-V listed company.
