Stroud intends to carryout a private placement financing, with the objective of providing funds to complete a 30 diamond drill hole program on the project.

Exploration Projections

Results to date indicate that the La Rayas mineralized zone is 35 to 80 meters wide, 300 meters deep and is greater than 700 meters long. The Guadalupe zone averages 35 metres wide and appears to be 700 metres long. The zones have the potential to contain over 100 million ounces of silver.
