Exploration Projections
Results to date indicate that the La Rayas mineralized zone is
35 meters wide, 300 meters deep and is greater than 700 meters long.
Based on early projections, the zone is believed to contain 18 million
tonnes with an average grade of 8.0 ounces silver per tonne and
0.02 ounces gold per tonne containing potentially 150 million ounces
of silver. Doubling the depth of the zone would substantially increase
the potential silver content to 300 million ounces. Additional exploration
work is planned to convert the potential zones into a mineable deposit.
Insufficient exploration has been carried out to define a mineral
resource on the property and further exploration would have to be
conducted to result in the discovery of a mineral resource on the
property.
