Stroud's mission is to create shareholder value through the exploration and discovery of precious metal deposits. The Company is concentrating on an easily accessible, epithermal gold and silver project in Mexico and Archean gold deposits in Canada. These countries are politically stable, with good infrastructure and excellent geological potential. The Company concentrates on projects that can be brought into production within three to five years. Among the Company's assets is a 100% interest in the Santo Domingo silver-gold project, 90 km northwest of Guadalajara, Mexico and a 100% interest in the Hislop and Leckie gold projects, both located in northern Ontario. All current Stroud projects are advanced in nature, with the potential to be brought into production within a three to five year period.


Stroud has a clean balance sheet. The Company is debt free and derives annual cash flow of approximately $200,000 from its interest in natural gas and gas condensate wells. In 2006, Stroud completed a $4.2 million private placement that is being used to advance the Santo Domingo and Hislop projects. Stroud is a Canadian public company with its shares listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol SDR.
